Landscape tower unity project
The landscape tower unity project is a concept for the diversification of vertical land uses,it is about the creation of public realms and places-in-the-sky, 'vertical unity landscaping', it si about creating high-rise neighbourhoods and vertical townscapes, reinventing vertical transportation and accessibilitys,and developing the skyscraper as an urban ecosystem.its intertgration of this theoretical approach radically change the current design approach to tall buildings to make them into more humane environments and be more satisfying to its inhabitants in its endeavour to re-create the ideal conditions at the ground now up in the sky.
the skyscraper becomes as responsive to its environment as animals and plants have to theirs.we can look forward to it having the variety of the natural world. Every face, and every individual, slightly different. If it does evolve towards this ecological diversity,The result would be an alternative to the reigning mode of corporate architecture and a new synthesis responding to the climate of a particular place, finding inspiration for a new architectural language in forces that are ultimately cosmic. Ecological skyscrapers offer the opportunity of having a beneficial impact in the environment by integrating the built-environment with ecological systems of the locality and to positively contribute to the ecology and biodiversity of the place. All the above mentioned theoretical propositions and design concepts if applied with an right aesthetic, social, and political approach and in conjunction with other disciplines could radically change the current design approach to tall buildings and make them an integral part of our ecological future.
The structure is formed in such a way to Ensure light and ventilation to every space assisted by a wind convection chimney through the central core that ventilates the building; thus drastically reducing air-conditioning use and producing minimal environmental impacts. In addition, the buildings double skin facade permits the interior windows to be opened at any floor level despite external air pressure and wind conditions.
